MBABANE – Over 150 elderly people from all nine chiefdoms under Ndzingeni Inkhundla were treated to a remarkable day of discovery and appreciation as they toured the King Mswati III International Airport today.
The tour, courtesy of their Member of Parliament Gcina Magagula, gave the seniors a chance to explore one of Eswatini’s most iconic landmarks, a proud symbol of national progress and connectivity. Many expressed joy and excitement at witnessing the country’s world-class infrastructure up close.
The day became even more special when the group later met Deputy Prime Minister Thuli Dladla at the Malkerns Research Centre. The DPM warmly engaged with the elderly, commending their contributions to community development and the nation’s moral fabric.
The initiative formed part of MP Magagula’s ongoing programme to honour and interact with the elderly in his constituency, a gesture that radiates gratitude, compassion, and community spirit.
