MATSAPHA – The Mr. and Miss UNESWA 2025 competition, held on May 9, 2025, at the University of Eswatini’s Kwaluseni Campus Sport Emporium, was more than just a crowning moment; it was a spectacular celebration of confidence, talent, and community spirit.
The event drew a lively crowd, eager to witness the crowning of new student ambassadors. The highlight of the evening was the crowning of Ayanda Shabangu as Miss UNESWA 2025 and Sisekelo Mosta as Mr. UNESWA 2025. Both contestants captivated the audience with their charisma, grace, and heartfelt messages. Alongside them, the first and second princesses and princes were also crowned, adding to the excitement and showcasing a variety of talent and ambition.
The competition featured several exciting segments, including stunning evening gown presentations and runway displays. Contestants took to the stage with confidence and elegance, each model bringing a unique charm. The evening gowns sparkled under the lights, enhancing the visual experience and leaving a lasting impression on judges and attendees.
Shabangu’s performance was especially memorable as she confidently strutted down the runway, her smile radiating strength and determination. She connected with the audience, embodying empowerment and unity, and served as a role model for her peers.
Motsa, with his stylish presentation and confident demeanor, commanded the stage, exuding modern masculinity and sophistication. His performance resonated with students, encouraging them to embrace their own confidence.
