MBABANE– A few letters, a date and a powerful declaration may have just revealed that something inspirational is making its way to Eswatini.
South African author and storyteller Nozibele Qamngana-Mayaba has sparked excitement after sharing the cryptic message, “E. S. W. A. T. I. N. I”, followed by, “03 October 2026. God is about to tell us something 🚀.” The message has been widely interpreted as a hint that her latest book, Let Me Tell You Something, is heading to the Kingdom.
The anticipated Eswatini experience is set for October 3, 2026, with tickets scheduled to go live tomorrow at 6pm. While the announcement does not reveal every detail of the programme, the message strongly points towards Mayaba bringing her faith-centred literary experience to Eswatini.
The author’s upcoming devotional, Let Me Tell You Something, blends Scripture with personal reflections on forgiveness, discipline, healing, courage and growth. Mayaba describes the book as a conversation between herself, the reader and God, creating an intimate journey through faith and everyday life.
Mayaba is a South African author, speaker, podcaster, TV host and HIV activist who became widely recognised for openly sharing her HIV journey and using her platform to challenge stigma. She is also the author of the bestselling memoir Positively Me: Daring to Live and Love Beyond HIV, which preceded her latest devotional work.
Her Eswatini teaser therefore carries more than the excitement of a book event. It points towards an encounter built around faith, personal stories and reflection.
Adding to the anticipation, Mayaba thanked Evolve Media, Eswatini National Trust Commission and Mantenga Nature Reserve and Cultural Village, signalling collaboration behind the expected Eswatini experience.
For now, the author has left Emaswati with a question wrapped in a promise: what exactly is God about to tell Eswatini?
The answer may arrive on October 3.
