MBABANE– The highly anticipated One Man Show featuring Kabza De Small and DJ Maphorisa has been officially rescheduled to Friday, 29 May, with organisers confirming the addition of Uncool MC to the lineup.
The event, which was initially set for Saturday, will now take place at Mavuso Trade Centre following what organisers described as unforeseen internal logistical adjustments. The announcement was made this week by representatives of the Scorpion Kings, who assured fans that the change was made in the interest of delivering a seamless and memorable experience.
“We wish to extend our deepest apologies for any inconvenience this shift may cause to the event organisers, their valued sponsors, and, most importantly, our dedicated supporters in Eswatini,” the statement read.
To enhance the show despite the disruption, organisers have expanded the lineup by adding Uncool MC, transforming the event into a three-act showcase that blends dominant Amapiano sounds with local hip-hop energy. The move is expected to elevate the overall experience for fans who have been eagerly awaiting the performance.
Event organiser Sbu De Drum emphasised that preparations remain focused on delivering a high-quality production. “This is about giving the people value. We know they’ve been looking forward to this show, and we’re making sure that come the 29th, everything is on point and the experience is unforgettable,” he said.
He further reassured attendees that ticket prices will remain unchanged despite the addition of another act. “Just because we’ve added Uncool MC, the prices will remain the same,” he added.
Known globally for shaping the Amapiano sound, Kabza De Small and DJ Maphorisa,collectively known as the Scorpion Kings,continue to draw massive crowds across the region. The inclusion of Uncool MC introduces a local flavour, promising an electrifying night for music lovers.
Organisers have urged fans to retain their tickets and adjust their plans accordingly, assuring that all arrangements are in place for a smooth transition. The One Man Show is now set to light up Mavuso on Friday, 29 May.
