MBABANE – Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini yesterday welcomed the Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Kingdom of Eswatini, H.E. Rashid bin Mohammed Isa Al Khulaifi, in a meeting that reflected the growing friendship between the two nations.
Held at the Private and Cabinet Office, the meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring ways to build even closer cooperation between Eswatini and Qatar.

The discussions were marked by warmth and mutual respect, with both leaders expressing a shared desire to deepen diplomatic ties and promote collaboration for the benefit of their countries.
Prime Minister disclosed Eswatini’s commitment to peace, stability and human dignity, while also sharing the successes of the Tinkhundla system of governance, which continues to promote unity, community participation and national development.
The meeting also highlighted Eswatini’s growing presence on the international stage as the country continues to build meaningful partnerships with nations around the world.

In a gesture that further symbolized the strengthening relationship, H.E. Al Khulaifi invited the PM to attend one of Qatar’s national celebrations, opening another chapter in the growing friendship between the Kingdom of Eswatini and the State of Qatar.
The engagement reflects Eswatini’s continued efforts to foster strong diplomatic relations that can create opportunities for cooperation, investment and cultural exchange.
