MBABANE – The Eswatini National Youth Council (ENYC) has applauded young entrepreneur Vuyisile Dlamini for showing resilience and determination as she continues to grow her poultry farming business despite challenges.
In a beneficiary spotlight shared by the council, Vuyisile journey was described as a powerful example of perseverance and hard work among young people in Eswatini’s agricultural sector.
After making the difficult decision to relocate and start afresh in a new space, the young farmer has continued operating her business using temporary structures while working towards building a stronger and more sustainable setup.
Plans are already underway to install proper fencing and construct a well-built poultry house that will improve production conditions, security and the overall sustainability of the business.
According to ENYC, Vuyisile’s progress reflects careful planning, responsible use of resources and a strong commitment to ensuring that her agribusiness continues to grow even during a rebuilding phase.
Despite the challenges that often come with starting over, she has remained focused on her vision of creating a stable poultry enterprise capable of creating opportunities and contributing to local food production.
The council commended Vuyisile for her dedication and resilience, adding that her story continues to inspire many young people to pursue opportunities in agriculture and entrepreneurship.
ENYC further reaffirmed its commitment to supporting youth-led businesses across the country and empowering young entrepreneurs to achieve sustainable economic growth through hard work and innovation.
