EZULWINI – The hype around the fifth edition of Pastors’ Wives is heating up as tickets are almost sold out.
The countdown has begun for the highly anticipated 5th celebration of the Pastors’ Wives Dinner, and the event is now 80 per cent sold out.
Set to take place on May 3, 2025, at the elegant Happy Valley Hotel, this year’s dinner is set to be a remarkable gathering, featuring an impressive lineup of esteemed speakers and special performances that will elevate the experience to new heights. Organized by the dedicated Umkhokheli Mpumi Motsa, the Pastors’ Wives Dinner has evolved over the years into a platform that not only celebrates the invaluable contributions of pastors’ wives but also fosters discussions on pertinent issues affecting the church and society at large. This year, the event will introduce performances for the first time since its inception, adding a vibrant touch to the evening.
The lineup of speakers for this year’s dinner is nothing short of extraordinary. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from influential figures such as Ayanda Ncwane, Prophet Shari, Mkhokheli Sophie, and Make Nonhlanhla. Each speaker brings a wealth of experience and insight, promising to inspire and empower the audience with their messages. The discussions will cover a range of topics, from spiritual leadership to the challenges faced by women in ministry, making it a must-attend event for pastors’ wives and women of faith.
In addition to the enlightening discussions, the fifth edition will feature performances from notable South African gospel artists, further enhancing the evening’s atmosphere. Nontokozo Mkhize, known for her hits ‘Moyo’ngcwele’ and ‘Esandleni,’ will grace the stage alongside the renowned MTN Joyous Celebration. The talented vocalist Esethu Siwe, celebrated for tracks like ‘Ndezel’uncedo’ and ‘Jesu Wena ungumhlobo,’ will also perform, adding to the evening’s spiritual ambiance. Eswatini’s Umkhokheli Buhle Matsenjwa is set to showcase her talents as well, ensuring a night filled with uplifting music and worship.
Tickets for the event are available for E480, and with the excitement surrounding this year’s celebration, they are selling fast. Last year’s edition sold out and was graced by legendary South African TV actress Connie Ferguson, with Gciniwe Fakudze, the CEO of Mbabane Municipal, serving as the moderator. The event held on April 27, 2024, featured speakers such as Prophetess Nomusa Dhlomo, Prophet Khabo Dlamini, Nonhlanhla Dlamini, and Umkhokheli Ntsiki Malaza, all of whom left a lasting impact on attendees.
