EKUTSIMULENI – Glamour, tradition, and heartfelt celebration converged in a stunning display as Eswatini’s beloved songbird Nomzamo “Zaza” Dlamini officially became Mrs. Mahlohela in a beautifully orchestrated traditional wedding held on 24 May 2025.
Known on stage as Zamo, the multi-talented MTN SWAMA Award winner, former Joyous Celebration member, actress, and celebrated make-up artist marked a new chapter in her life in a way only she could – with elegance, class, and an unmistakable touch of artistry.
The couple, who first met in November 2022, tied the knot at Ekutsimuleni in Luve in a vibrant and culturally rich ceremony that was nothing short of spectacular. The event was tastefully decorated by Salaphi Vilane of Esallies Events House, bringing a sophisticated flair to the traditional setting.
Zamo, was last year nominated for the SOFNFREE Afro Pop Artist of the Year at the Basadi Music Awards, continues to rise as a powerhouse in both the music and entertainment industries. She is the founder of Alexia T Entertainment, her own record label named in honour of her late mother.
