MANZINI– Churches are about to experience a spiritual shift as a powerful call to return to the depth of true worship resonated during the official launch of two transformative publications, The Manifest Presence of God and The Worship Leader’s Guide, held on June 20, 2026 at The Gorge Hotel, Manzini.
The books, authored by Pastor Bheki Khumalo, founder and senior pastor of Kingdom Worship Tabernacle, were unveiled in an atmosphere marked by reverence, worship, and deep spiritual reflection. The gathering brought together church leaders, worship teams, ministry partners and believers from across Eswatini, united by a shared desire to see worship restored to its biblical foundation.
The event stood out as more than a literary launch—it became a moment of spiritual awakening. Many in attendance described it as a timely call for the Church to recalibrate its understanding of worship in an era increasingly shaped by performance, routine, and entertainment-driven expression.
Pastor Khumalo emphasized authenticity in worship, stating: “Worship is not a performance, it is an encounter; it is not entertainment, it is a lifestyle of intimacy with God.”
The Manifest Presence of God explores the distinction between God’s omnipresence and His manifest presence, highlighting that while God is everywhere, His tangible presence is experienced where believers cultivate purity, hunger, obedience and reverence.
The Worship Leader’s Guide provides practical and spiritual guidance for worship leaders and ministry teams, focusing on building strong worship teams, leading with spiritual sensitivity, and maintaining authenticity while avoiding performance-driven ministry.
The Sound Worship Campaign continues to expand across Eswatini, equipping worshippers through training sessions and conferences aimed at restoring depth and sincerity in worship.
Attention is building toward the 3rd Sound Worship Conference scheduled for 23–24 October 2026 at Joy Mission, Ngculwini.
The event concluded with a renewed call for churches to prioritize the presence of God above programs and performance, marking a defining moment for worship renewal.
