MBABANE– The Central Bank of Eswatini (CBE) hosted its 2026 Family Fun Day recently, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter, games and togetherness as employees and their families gathered to celebrate unity beyond the workplace.
The event brought together staff members and their loved ones for a day dedicated to strengthening relationships, appreciating family support and promoting a healthy work-life balance. From exciting activities to shared smiles, the gathering highlighted the importance of building strong connections among employees and the people who support them at home.
According to the bank, the Family Fun Day was not only about entertainment but also about recognising the crucial role families play in the professional lives of employees. By creating a space where colleagues could interact with their families and fellow workers in a relaxed setting, the event aimed to strengthen bonds within the institution and foster a spirit of unity.
