MBABANE – The Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) has strengthened its commitment to service excellence by hosting a three-day SiSwati media training workshop for its employees.
The training, held at Royal Villas, brought together staff members from various departments, including Marketing, Information Technology and Operations. The initiative forms part of the Fund’s broader strategy to enhance professionalism and improve engagement with members nationwide.
Facilitated by language and media experts, the workshop focused on SiSwati pronunciation, grammar and cultural authenticity. Participants gained practical skills to communicate more clearly and confidently in the national language, reinforcing the importance of effective and culturally aligned service delivery.
As an institution serving emaSwati across the country, ENPF recognises that language plays a vital role in building trust, accessibility and inclusivity. By prioritising SiSwati in its communication, the Fund continues to deepen its connection with members and stakeholders.
Management described the programme as a strategic investment in people, highlighting the organisation’s dedication to continuous learning and teamwork. Employees from different departments collaborated throughout the workshop, strengthening internal cooperation while sharpening their communication capabilities.
