MANZINI — Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) Council Chairperson Prince Mphiwa has encouraged the 1 014 graduates to lead with integrity, compassion, and innovation as they step into the world beyond university, describing them as “architects of the future” whose ideas and leadership would define the next generation.

Speaking during the university’s 2025 graduation ceremony at Mavuso Exhibition and Trade, held under the theme “Architects of Tomorrow: Shaping the Future with Integrity and Innovation,” Prince Mphiwa extended his warm congratulations to the graduates on behalf of the University Council. He described the occasion as a celebration of dedication, perseverance, and resilience, noting that each graduate had achieved a significant milestone through hard work and determination.

He expressed gratitude to the families, guardians, and sponsors who had supported the graduates throughout their academic journey, acknowledging their unwavering belief as the foundation of the students’ success. The Council Chairperson also conveyed appreciation to His Majesty’s Government, industry partners, and the university’s faculty and staff for their collective role in nurturing the next generation of professionals.

Prince Mphiwa emphasised that graduates had gained far more than academic qualifications during their time at Limkokwing University. He said they had acquired technical expertise, creative confidence, and a global perspective that would serve them well in an increasingly interconnected world. The collaborative spirit fostered at the university, he added, had prepared them to navigate a complex and ever-changing professional landscape with adaptability and courage.

The Council Chairperson reminded the graduates that true leadership was not defined by titles or positions, but by the positive impact one makes in the lives of others. He urged them to “lead with the integrity and compassion that have been nurtured here” and to remember that real success is a shared endeavour. “Lift others as you climb,” he advised, calling on the graduates to view their personal growth as a lifelong journey rather than a final destination.

Prince Mphiwa encouraged the graduates to remain curious, to continue learning, and to maintain the courage to innovate in whatever fields they pursued. He said the university had given them a solid foundation, but it was now their responsibility to forge their own paths with confidence and purpose. “Leave here with your heads held high,” he told them. “Lead with integrity, innovate with purpose, and act with compassion.”

Reaffirming the university’s ongoing support, Prince Mphiwa said the University Council remained dedicated to advancing Limkokwing University’s vision of producing globally competitive graduates who combine creativity with leadership and social responsibility. He added that with God’s guidance, the Council would continue to uphold the promises made to students and ensure the institution’s commitment to excellence remained steadfast.

In conclusion, Prince Mphiwa congratulated the Class of 2025, describing them as the embodiment of hope and the pride of both their families and the nation. He expressed confidence that they would build futures that are not only successful for themselves but also meaningful for Eswatini and the world.

“Go forth with purpose and make your mark,” he said, closing his address with a message of optimism and faith in the graduates’ potential to shape a better tomorrow through integrity and innovation.
