MALKERNS – The countdown to the Standard Bank Luju Food & Lifestyle Festival is officially on, with less than two weeks remaining before thousands of festivalgoers descend on House On Fire for one of Southern Africa’s premier lifestyle celebrations.
As anticipation continues to build, organisers have announced that early wristband collection will take place on Friday, 31 July 2026, from 10am to 10pm at the Main Gates (Containers), House On Fire. The initiative is aimed at giving ticket holders a hassle-free start to their Luju experience by allowing them to collect their wristbands before the festival officially begins.
Organisers said early wristbanding will ensure quicker and smoother access on festival days, reducing waiting times at the entrance and giving attendees more time to immerse themselves in the festival’s world-class attractions. From award-winning live performances and fashion showcases to gourmet cuisine, premium lifestyle experiences and family-friendly entertainment, this year’s edition promises another unforgettable celebration of African creativity and culture.
Festivalgoers have been reminded that they must present a valid festival ticket in order to receive their wristband.
For those who have not yet secured their tickets, they remain available online, through the UNAYO WhatsApp marketplace, and at selected outlets including Standard Bank Mbabane (Corporate Place), Standard Bank Ezulwini (The Gables), Standard Bank Manzini (Opposite Bhunu Mall) and Dala Spaces at Malandela’s Lifestyle.
The 2026 festival will be held under the inspiring theme, “A Return to the African Future,” celebrating Africa’s rich heritage while embracing innovation, creativity and contemporary culture. The event is expected to attract thousands of local and international visitors eager to experience its unique blend of music, food, fashion and art.
