MLAWULA The countdown has officially begun.

Campfires will glow beneath the stars, laughter will echo through the wilderness and adventure seekers will once again make their way to Mlawula Nature Reserve after organisers confirmed that the seventh edition of the Mlawula Campfire Festival will be held from September 25 to 27, 2026.

The much-loved outdoor festival, which has grown into one of Eswatini’s standout tourism and entertainment experiences, is inviting festivalgoers to trade the hustle of city life for a weekend where music, culture and nature come together in spectacular fashion.

Announcing the dates through MojaTicket, organisers also revealed that tickets are already on sale through all MojaTicket platforms and authorised outlets across the country, urging patrons to secure their spaces early.

Carrying the theme “The Big Weekend,” this year’s festival promises more than just camping. Visitors can look forward to live music performances, outdoor comedy, hiking trails, team-building activities, aerobics and bespoke cultural experiences designed to showcase the beauty of Eswatini’s natural heritage.

Whether attending for a single day or the entire weekend, festivalgoers have a range of ticket options to choose from. The Imbabala Package costs E450 and offers Saturday-to-Sunday access, including live performances and outdoor activities. The Impala Package, priced at E650, provides full festival access, while the premium Glamping Package at E4,100 offers a luxury camping experience complete with an en-suite safari deluxe tent, private braai area, exclusive bar and restaurant access, secure parking, comfortable bedding and 24-hour security.

Over the years, the Mlawula Campfire Festival has carved out a unique place on Eswatini’s entertainment calendar by blending adventure, culture and tourism into one unforgettable experience. Beyond the performances, it offers visitors an opportunity to reconnect with nature, create lasting memories and celebrate the country’s rich outdoor lifestyle.

With tickets already available and excitement beginning to build, all roads will lead to Mlawula this September for a weekend where the rhythm of music meets the sounds of the wild.
