MANZINI– South African Afro-house sensation Morda is set to make another appearance in Eswatini as he prepares to headline a major winter party at Brussels Lounge on May 31.
The award-winning musician, whose real name is Bongani Mohosana, is expected to lead a night filled with Afro-house music, dance and entertainment alongside a strong lineup of local DJs and performers.
The event, sponsored by Castle Double Malt, will also feature performances from Lil’D, Fantasy, Bhekzin, Cnatra, Sbu Da Drum DJ, Mafaka, Lkeys, Bandora, Sweet Shandis and Double Keys.
Morda’s return comes shortly after his previous performance in the Kingdom during the Ligwalagwala FM celebrations held at Solanis earlier this year. His energetic set and crowd interaction left many fans calling for his quick return, with Afro-house supporters praising the experience as one of the year’s standout events.
Known for his deep Afro-house sound and stage presence, Morda first rose to fame as one half of the internationally recognised music group Black Motion before launching his solo career. Since then, he has built a strong reputation across Africa through hit songs, collaborations and performances that blend traditional African rhythms with modern electronic sounds.
His music journey has earned him a loyal fan base, especially among Afro-house lovers who continue to support his work both in South Africa and beyond. Entertainment followers believe his return to Eswatini reflects the country’s growing attraction as a destination for regional music events and nightlife entertainment.
Brussels Lounge organisers are expecting a large turnout, especially from young music fans looking to enjoy an energetic month-end experience. Gates are expected to open at 2PM, with general tickets selling for R100 while VIP tickets are priced at R300.
The event is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above.
