MANZINI— The countdown is officially on, and Eswatini is getting ready to turn the page with South African storyteller and bestselling author Nozibele Qamngana-Mayaba.
With just days to go before her highly anticipated Let Me Tell You Something book launch, Mayaba has taken to Facebook to personally welcome Emaswati into what she describes as another chapter of her faith journey beyond South Africa’s borders.
“E. S. W. A. T. I. N. I. 🇸🇿 Over to you!” she wrote.
The author will bring her devotional experience to the Kingdom on October 3, 2026, at Metropolitan Evangelical Church in Fairview, Manzini, with the programme starting at 13:00. Tickets start at R350, with a copy of the book included.
But Mayaba is not coming alone.
In her latest announcement, she revealed that Pastor Solomon Zikalala will open the book launch, describing his involvement as “such a pleasure” and “an honour”.
“Pastor Solomon Zikalala will be opening the book launch for us. What an honour to have him set the tone as we gather in Eswatini,” she wrote.
Zikalala brings his own history of faith-based youth ministry to the gathering. He is the founder of Schools Mission, an initiative focused on taking the Gospel into schools, universities and other spaces, and has been involved in youth revival gatherings in Eswatini.
His work has also seen him lead the annual Schools Mission Youth Revival Crusade and Gathering, which has attracted thousands of young people. The 2026 edition, held at the UNESWA Kwaluseni Graduation Square, included preaching, worship and participation from young people, with Zikalala describing the growing spiritual engagement among the youth.
That background makes his role at Mayaba’s launch particularly fitting, as Let Me Tell You Something is itself rooted in Scripture, personal reflection and conversations around faith, healing, discipline, forgiveness, courage and growth. The devotional is presented as a year-long journey that connects biblical teachings with everyday life.
For Mayaba, the Eswatini stop represents more than another date on the book tour.
Reflecting on her journey beyond South Africa, she wrote: “I’ve been wondering what this chapter would look like beyond South Africa’s borders. Botswana answered beautifully. It’s now time to find out what God is about to tell us in Eswatini.”
The author previously built a strong public profile through her candid storytelling around living with HIV, using her experiences to challenge stigma and encourage open conversations. She is also known as an author, speaker, podcaster and digital creator, with Positively Me among her earlier works.
Now, her latest chapter is bringing together literature, faith, conversation and live experience under one roof.
And with October 3 fast approaching, Mayaba has already set the mood.
“See you there!” she told Emaswati.
The stage is set. The book is ready.
Now, Eswatini waits to hear what God is about to tell us.
