MBABANE- The Premier League of Eswatini (PLE) has extended its congratulations to National Commissioner (NATCOM) of the Royal Eswatini Police Service, Manoma Vusi Masango, following his appointment as Chairperson of the Southern African Regional Police Chiefs Cooperation Organisation (SARPCCO) for the 2026–2027 term.
In a congratulatory message, the PLE described Masango’s elevation to the regional leadership position as a well-deserved achievement and wished him success in his new role.
“The Premier League of Eswatini extends heartfelt congratulations to the National Commissioner of the Royal Eswatini Police Service, Manoma Vusi Masango, on his appointment as SARPCCO Chairperson,” read part of the statement.
The PLE further expressed confidence in Masango’s ability to provide effective leadership within the regional policing body, noting that his experience and dedication would contribute positively towards strengthening peace and security across Southern Africa.
The NATCOM is also acts as president of police side, Royal Leopard.
“We wish you success, wisdom and strength as you take on this important leadership role. May your tenure be marked by impactful service and continued commitment to strengthening peace and security through the continent,” the PLE said.
SARPCCO is a regional organisation that brings together police chiefs from member states of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to enhance cooperation in combating cross-border crime and promoting public safety.
The PLE also commended Masango for his continued service to the nation, adding that his appointment was a source of pride for Eswatini.
“Congratulations on your well-deserved appointment,” concluded the PLE.
Masango’s appointment places Eswatini at the helm of one of the region’s key security structures tasked with fostering collaboration among law enforcement agencies in Southern Africa.
