BUHLENI – Ndvukebandla Properties, owned by Victor Mamba, has welcomed its first tenant, Eswatini Agricultural Supplies (SAS) Buhleni branch, as the commercial development prepares to open its doors to more businesses.
Thami Thwala, the overseer of the property located opposite Buhleni Police Station, expressed optimism about attracting more tenants as the development nears completion at the end of October 2026.
“Yes, we have welcomed our new tenant, and we look forward to having more,” said Thwala on the day of opening SAS Buhleni branch.
The property comprises approximately seven shops, with the potential to accommodate about 20 office spaces if the available areas are subdivided.
The development is expected to be ready for tenants to occupy by the end of this month, creating opportunities for businesses seeking commercial space in Buhleni.
With SAS becoming the first tenant, Ndvukebandla Properties is looking to attract additional businesses to occupy the remaining spaces.
Strategically positioned opposite Buhleni Police Station, the property offers a location for businesses seeking to establish or expand their presence in the town.
As completion approaches, the focus is now on welcoming more tenants to the premises and bringing the commercial spaces into use.
