SHISELWENI – The highly anticipated Gathering in One Accord gospel concert is set to return for its third edition, continuing its mission of bringing artists and communities together through gospel music, creativity and unity.
Scheduled for 7 August 2026, the concert will bring together established and emerging gospel artists, primarily from the Shiselweni Region, while also welcoming performers from other regions to join in celebrating and supporting gospel talent.
Held under the theme “Gathering in One Accord Celebrating Unity Through Gospel Music and Arts,” the event aims to create a platform where artists can showcase their gifts, receive recognition and inspire audiences through uplifting performances.Beyond gospel music, the concert will feature a variety of artistic expressions, including poetry and comedy, creating a diverse entertainment experience that celebrates different forms of creativity.
The Gathering in One Accord concert was established in 2024 by artists from Shiselweni with a vision of promoting collaboration, unity and mutual support among creatives in the region. Since its launch, the event has continued to grow, becoming a platform that celebrates artistic achievements while encouraging young people to pursue their talents.
Organisers say the concert is not only about performances but also about creating meaningful connections among artists and communities while strengthening the gospel music movement in Eswatini. Over the past editions, Gathering in One Accord has provided opportunities for upcoming artists to share the stage with established performers, helping to nurture talent and create a culture of support within the creative industry.
The 2026 edition promises to build on the success of previous years by delivering a greater celebration of faith, music, arts and togetherness.
