MALKERNS– The countdown has begun for the Eswatini Farmers Market 2025, set for 11 October at Malkerns Country Club, with South African sensation Bongani Mohosana, popularly known as Mörda Bongz confirmed as the headline act.
The announcement, highlighted in the official event poster, has already stirred excitement across Eswatini’s entertainment circles. Founder and Festival Director Culolam Dlamini said the booking was inspired by the patrons themselves.
“We always take our patrons’ reviews very seriously at Eswatini Farmers Market. One thing they asked from last year was to improve the line-up and most of them suggested Mörda, and we gave them Mörda,” said Dlamini.
He described Mörda as a seasoned performer capable of owning any stage he steps on:
“Mörda is a big stage artist, give him any stage, he will deliver. He is one of the best to ever do it, has travelled the world and knows how to handle the big stages,” he explained.
But beyond satisfying music lovers, Culolam emphasized that bringing an act of this calibre sends a strong message to the corporate sector.
“We want to show big companies that there is an opportunity here at Eswatini Farmers Market to sponsor us. If we are able to bring such high-profile acts in the Kingdom, they can believe in this Festival,” he said.
With Mörda set to bring his world-class performance to the Kingdom, the Farmers Market is shaping up to be more than just a festival, it’s a statement of growth, ambition, and a celebration of Eswatini’s evolving entertainment landscape.
